PROJECT DESCRIPTION — Founded by furniture designers and cabinet makers, Vermland brings together traditional woodworking expertise and contemporary design. Their new showroom on Yderlandsvej in Copenhagen reflects a clear design philosophy: interiors should be built to last and designed to be lived in.

Within the showroom, Søuld Acoustic Dividers integrate naturally among crafted wooden cabinets, furniture and interior elements. The combination of wood and eelgrass creates a cohesive material palette defined by warmth, tactility and natural variation.

The Acoustic Dividers contribute both acoustic and spatial qualities, helping to define space in the open showroom while creating a calmer and more comfortable environment. Designed with integrated Søuld Acoustic Mats, the dividers achieve Acoustic Class A, supporting conversations and everyday activities without compromising the openness of the space.

Wood and eelgrass share a natural honesty. Both materials evolve over time, developing character through use and age. Subtle shifts in tone, texture and patina add depth to the interior, reinforcing the sense of craftsmanship and permanence that defines the showroom.
