PROJECT DESCRIPTION — A new concept for a  Japanese gastropub with a kitchen offering a wide selection from the Japanese food culture – from the best of fine dining to late night street food. Søuld Acoustic Mats were used as the main acoustic solution as the decoration of the walls. The project was done in a Collaboration with the Danish Designer Lars Vejen.
