PROJECT DESCRIPTION — In the Chinese inspired restaurant Goldfinch, Søuld is used to give the bar area a special character of materiality and tactility. The understanding of the soft material is enhanced by bending the material around a corner and thereby creating a beautiful curve in the material. At the same time, it acts as a solid acoustics absorbent, transforming the busiest area into a quiet place where conversation and tranquility can take place. Restaurant Goldfinch serves amazing social Chinese food in Copenhagen.
